If you're committed to watching everything eventually, and want to do it the "right" way, there's really only one way: All-in-all, that's about 571 hours of Star Trek. There are 7 live action series that are all canon, one two animated series that are sometimes considered canon, and 13 movies that are all canon (despite what some people may like to believe).
